  • Alternatively, you may also contact the airline directly for amendments.

  • Amendment charges on https://owasisztours.com/ are subject to change based on the airline’s policies, flight timing, and booking class.

Important Notes

  • For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled departure, we recommend contacting the airline directly first.

  • After that, please submit a cancellation request on our website so that we can process the refund accordingly.

  • If tickets are cancelled directly with the airline, refunds will be processed based on:

    • The airline’s applicable charges

    • Plus our service fee, if applicable

⚠️ No cancellation requests will be accepted:

  • After the flight’s departure

  • In case of a no-show (when the passenger fails to board the flight without cancelling in advance)
