1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If a booking is cancelled within the eligible cancellation window (as per the terms of the service provider, airline, or accommodation).
If the service was not delivered due to a fault from our side.
If the tour/package/service gets cancelled by OWASISZ TOURS PVT LTD due to unforeseen reasons.
Note: Not all services are refundable. Some bookings may be non-refundable based on the provider’s policies.
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, we will credit the refundable amount into the beneficiary’s account within 7–21 working days.
The actual time taken may vary depending on:
Payment method used during booking
Bank processing timelines
Service provider’s refund timelines (for third-party bookings)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
No-shows or failure to check-in for booked services
Cancellation after the service has started or partially used services
Services marked as “Non-refundable” at the time of booking
Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be provided after deducting cancellation fees, processing fees, or non-refundable component costs.
6. Modifications & Updates
OWASISZ TOURS PVT LTD reserves the right to change this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
